I rode out to my mom's house and had a lovely dinner and visit with her. Man, I love to ride!! It doesn't take me long before I am smiling like an idiot. Especially when I get out of the city streets and get on the Springwater Corridor Bike Trail.
I originally began this blog to chronicle my training for the Pac Grove Triathlon in Sept '08. Follow me as I continue my quest for fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
Currently, I am training for the Tour de Cure. I'll be riding 100-miles on July 30, 2011. All of this is also for the health of others, as all my fundraising efforts will benefit the American Diabetes Association.
